I've been gone....Is botting patched? - Blizzard Sector

I've been gone on vacation for about two weeks so I am out on the newest DII updates. I did hear that Blizz screwed up ladder by making all the chars non ladder for a while. But now my friend tells me that if you bot it temporarily bans you. So has Blizz finally snuffed out botting or is there a different bot that still works cause i had just gotten all my mf gear ready

Well, botting became very, very profitless now, you can make 1-2 hours runs, if you're lucky, or 30 minutes usually, and then you get banned for 2-3 hours. Of course you can dial up anew, but after the next run you'll get banned again. So using bots doesn't bring much, if anything at all anymore. I say: good so, time for Diablo II to have a long break from too many enigma-hoto-cta-5 vex-runes rich owners.
