I think it's just in game creation because i created one through the editor and it loaded and saved fine.

The editor doesn't seem to allow the magic find % or exp earned % to go above a certain value, nor does it allow multiple attributes of the same type to overlap in one item, so the most magic find it allows is 155% regardless of the number of magic find enhancements. any way to get around this, or whether or not another editor allows larger values? thnx.

Under the ByLevel tab, there is an option to go with "Change to get Magic items on Lvl %" or something like that, and if you set the highest number there (63) that should add a lot of mf to your item (I think when i looked at a gear that had that attribute on a lv.92, he had over 5k mf just for that on Lv Stat.

I believe there is also one that depends on time (like at dawn it may be greater), but I never used that so I'm not really sure.

I have another question: what exactly is "reanimate target as..."? I put one of those as a magic attribute, all it does is create this weird noise, but nothing is resurrected. Also, how do I use charged skills that are considered "extras" such as Diablo's inferno etc that the different classes don't normally have? they don't appear on the list of skills available for use like normal charged skills.

I was just wondering; how do you create a new set (with a name you specify) in Hero Editor (v0.96)? And is it possible to create, say, a unique item that has a custom name, not the name of the item that it looks like?

After I have press the open button and open a diablo save file, the program get error, it got many little windows come out, like "stat not found", and i have try to change my diablo's version too, from V 1.10 ~ V 1.11b. I still can't open the save files!!!!
Is there any suggestions? Thankyou! (My update patchs was dowdnload from the Blizzard Entertainment - Diablo II and my hero editor was download from Diablo II Sector - Awake The Monster Within .

how do u use it i downloaded it and then i clicked it and all these files cam up and stuff and no program would run so how do u use it ???

I think it is a good and easy editor but still don't i use it as my main editor
but i use it some times

around 80 percent of the open battle net cheaters are using hero editor and i think it's the best editor for noobs and professional

and i'm a noob on this site and when other people see that i don't use hero editor as my main editor i think they get surprisde beacuse i am killing many people on open battle net so the most cheaters are using this editor

so it's a very good editor for all noobs and professionals sorry if i wrote something wrong becuase im not that good at english

i can use hero editor and killing many people with that because i dont know what to do if not duel on diablo? are there anything else to do with my time on diablo

I agree.some people are just funny man... especially when it comes to diablo. i quit playing. for the simple fact of all the arrogance and fagism of most of the people who play the game. your better off not playing at all. the game is shit. LOL!!

Im not sure about the set items question. Nobody ever answered that one for me either. But on the other hand, yes, you can add a custom name to your items. Just right click on the specific item you want, go to the top of the tab and click "specific editing functions". Click on "personalize" then personalize your item.

Does anyone know of any guides anywhere on the net that show you how to make good hacked items???????? Please give me some feedback... Life is just to damn complicated sometimes.

this editor is the shit, though im still having trouble with creating the weapons, i cant seem to find out how to increaswe their damage, any tips?

I don't really use Hero's Editor, but when you are playing around with an item, just keep on adding modifier after modifier. I'd assume the more you have (with as high numbers as you can get on it) the better the output will be.

I don't know the advanced hex options and whatnot in Hero's Editor, but when you are adding magical modifiers onto an item (such as a weapon), just add modifiers that add damage and ED% and all that stuff. This will raise the damage you and your sword are doing (even if not everything is mentioned on the sword's listed damage, you'll still get all of that extra damage from the modifiers). Good luck.

I just downloaded the latest hero editor, but where can i find or download the items? There is nothing to import, and I don't have any use of an "empty" editor.

I have Hero Editor V0.96 and make a char in game and save it then go to the hero editor and do anything to him max gold or new item or take an item away or do anything then save i go back to the game and nothing has happened!!! can anyone help me on that??
