need help with avatar+sig

i made a avatar and a sig avatar is 90x90 but when i try to add it it still says its too big. i made a sig but i dont know how to import it plz help

Its because you probably have a lot of colors and activity in the av. Try saving it as a .gif

FOr the sig,you have ti find a place to host it.
