ok so i downloaded photoshop cs but i have no clue how to use it can someone tell me how to get just the back ground so i can do what i want to it.Also can someone tell me how to change back ground colors and what ever else you think i should know.

At Deviant, search under resources, Photoshop resources, brushes. I think that's how it was.

Also, check out the tuts here. I know FM and I made basic sig tutorials. I would recommend them.
