Exclamation "My Desktop" Contest! - 01-24-2006, 05:55 AM
Okay, it's been pretty stale around the Graphics and Arts section lately, so I've decided to add something new to it.

Introducing the "My Desktop" contest, where you enter your desktop against others to see who has the coolest one. After the entries are in, there will be a thread for voting. Whoever gets the most votes wins.

First place will become a competition winner (the new usergroup for winners of competitions and SOTW (coming soon I swear)).
Second place will get +rep.
Third gets honorary mention.

RULES:
1) Nothing too sketchy.
2) For the love of God and the forum, link to your screenshot from an imagehosting site. If you post an image that's huge, it's deleted.
3) The deadline is this Friday, if there are no forum problems. Entries must be in by then.
4) No changing entries.
5) Make sure Blizzsector is in the taskbar so I know you're not cheating.

Have fun with it.

Edit (Spitfire):
Contest Winner Usergroup has now been made. It allows access to the private Vet/Legend/Staff forum, you get increased PM box etc.

I made it hella long ago, and I deleted the .psd. I never figured I'd need it. And I just added the text for this contest. It's really just liquify with a bunch of filters and gradients.

I can make another one if you NEED the .psd

how do you people get your taskbars different colors, other than the ones that comes with xp (green, silver, blue) i tried looking up desktop themes and etc a while back and i cant find anything for xp
