One thing you could fix that i think would make it look better. To the right side to the left of your text, the lines are cut off, so it looks like its a big bar covering it. 8/10

Also, some areas, [although, may be the point] are a bit too bright, such as the man's shoulder near the bottom of the signature, and obscures the view a bit too much.

I was going for that washed out over exposed look. thanks for the comment though. always good to hear criticism.

Its just a repeating hex pattern i made. put it in photoshop. go Edit/Define Pattern, Name it and use it in your blending modes. once you have it sized in your blending mode , merge that layer with an empty, transparent layer. then use Transform/warp to bend it the way you want to shape it. Add shadows and highlights as you see fit. You should get something like this.  To get the effect i have on the sig I did just invert the colors of the pattern and make a new patter. The shadows and highlights are a bit over pronounced to show you what i am talking about. you would want to blur them a bit using your blurr tool at 100% in order to make them look smoother. GOOD LUCK! HAVE FUN!

Only thing that i can see a bit off is the text, it's a little hard to read, and doesn't contrast that well with the sig. If you changed it a little your rating would boost a little bit higher. 8/10 Good job though.

The BG is a little plain though unlike your previous. 7.5/10
