Oaksage Question

Hi, ive heard that there is a glitch to the oaksage saying that if you go anything past lvl 20 it wouldnt increase any more life. Is this true?

Mine on my wind druid is 32 and I never noticed any such glitch.

sorry for so much questions, but can i ask something about breakpoints.

if a breakpoint is at 99% and i hit 99% do i get to the next frame? or do i need 100% first?

It's 99% if using maces, it's a little lower if using daggers, 86% I think.

And as for the Oak Sage bug, no it doesn't exist, kids nowadays appear to come up with all kinds of balls.
