Druid Constantly in harmony with nature, the Druid is an offshoot of the Barbarian peoples of Harrogath. While Heaven and Hell battle with magic, the Druid can wield the forces of Sanctuary's living creatures and the elements themselves.

A Werewolf. For PvM, it's simple, use something like:
Helm: Jalal's
Weapon: eBOTD TM
Armor: Fortitude
Belt: Verdungo
Gloves: Dracul's / Laying of Hands
Boots: Goreriders
Rings + Amu: Angelic

Skills:
20 Werewolf
20 Lyncantrophy
20 Fury
rest into synergies, cannot remember what they were, and also either
20 Oak Spirit or Heart of Wolverine.
It's up to you, do you want to kill faster or have more life.

Why not Stormshield and eBOTDz? I like the rest of the gear. I don't think there are any synergies. I like to put a point into the Carrion Vine for a little extra life and to eat the corpses and I max Heart of Wolverine though the maxed Oak Sage is good too.

No. This for PvM, in which most Glass Cannons rock. You will have a huge life pool anyway and the leech on BOTD, as well as Life Tap will keep you alive.

Glass Cannons? Is that a term for etheral weapons? Sorry, new term to me. I understand the reasoning for the TH. I assume if it was pvp, your selection would be different?

Glass Cannon is a build that focuses on all out damage and no defense. For PvP:
1) Yes, gear would be much different.
2) Shapeshifters are a dead-end PvP choice anyway.

BOTD is not for damage, it's for leech.
