i need help with my windy

ok im makin a windy and my one friend says u should get a fort boneweave but the other friend says u should get a rain boneweave becuase it is cheaper and almost same amount of +skills so im tryin to decide on wat i should make.... i have a high lvl char on ladder so should i try to make the fort or try to make the rain on my windy druid that is nl??? please tell me wat i should do and y by the way i need a full guide to the windy if posible

You want an enigma, nothing would really benefit your druid if using fort...except the fcr.

and to be honest a Windy is horrible without teleporting.
