Whats better for a Windy?

I have two choices for a helm:

Rare Druid Pelt: 2 Druid Skills, 2 Tornado, 2 Twister, 30 fhr

or

Delerium Blood Spirit - 2 All Skills, 3 Tornado, 3 Hurricane

Possibly...Pelt for PvP and Delerium for PvM?

Both are lousy, to be honest.

Delirium would be a good choice for PvM, nice damage.

The rare one sucks, they are only good if they have +2 Druid +3 Tornado +mods. +2 Tornado is not good enough.

Or get a magical pelt +3 elem +3 Tornado + mods.

The main thing is that you need at least +5 Tornado on a helm and at least 1 empty socket.

delirium is pretty good cuz + damage but other isnt very good

Delirium sucks because it has no sockets and only has useless mods. Rare pelts are teh godliest, if you want to go for pure damage get a magical pelt with +3 elemental and +3 tornado.
