Need help with my PvM Wind Druid Guide - Blizzard Sector

There seems to be a lot of descrepency about how to make a wind druid on this forum so I was hoping I could get some answers. Here's what I know/don't have a clue about.

Stats: Not a freakn clue! Help guys!

Skills: Pretty sure it goes like this but tell me otherwise.
Max Cyclone Armor
Max Twister
Max Tornado
Max Hurrican
Max Oak Sage

Items: Kinda know but could use help?
Weap: Hoto
Armor: Enigma what kind of armor?
Shield: Spirit Monarch
Helm: Shako or Jalals?
Ammy: Maras
Rings: 2 BK Rings?
Gloves: Trangs
Boots: Imp Shanks or Sandstorm treks?
Belt: Arachs

Merc: Not a freakn clue! Help guys!

Everything I need help on is in RED so please help guys. I've never made a druid so I need help badly. Thanks.

I've looked smart guy and if you'll notice at the top where it says "There seems to be a lot of descrepency about how to make a wind druid on this forum." I would say that implies that I've looked and I still need help, thus the reason for this thread. So next time before you want to post a smart ass condescending thread I suggest you read the whole post. Can anyone else help?

therefore one would assume that it is a matter of opinion and you should get as much info as you can and then form your own

stats are
strngth and dex: enough for gear only
vit: everything
energy: nothing

your skills are fine

probably dusk enigma

jalal

for your rings, any combination of sojs and bks is fine. i myself like a ravenfrost and a dwarf star

i dont know what those imps are so i say treks

merc: act2 defensive (holy freeze) with an insight and the best gear you have for him. andys helm or vamp gaze are good. levi or shaftstop work for armor

Thank you and I am trying to get as much info as possible seeing I've never made a druid before I wanted opinions on what I thought should be done so thanks BloodAngel. Anyone else have any opinions on my druid build?

anti u want a pvm..u need a summon other then oak..something like wolves or a bear...i prefer bear especially if u have enigma because if you tele on top of them with cane on and if u have bear summoned the bear will rip them away along with ur hurricane

my two pvm windys are as follows

stats
str: enough for items
des: enough for block
vit: rest

items:

enigma dusk
delirium druid helm ( try to get 1 with +3 nado but +3 hurrcane will suufice)
magefists - hellmouth
arachs
maras
sojs
spiritmonarch
silkweaves or eth sandstorm
hoto
switch: cta - spirit

elemental gcs and lifers/fhr scs

but enough in wolves to get a boost to ur life and att and def rating with bear so when u tele onto the enemy ur bear will have a better chance to hit and more time to hit while ur pounding away with ur nado
