Not at all, firedruid does more damage but does not have cyclone armour. If its big fire damage we're looking for, go with a fire sorc = much more damage than fire druid. For PvP in general, the windy druid is better than the fire druid imho.

btw......how did u get twister,tornado,hurrican,cyclone armour and oak sage all 20.....?it adds up to 100 altogether...unless the 20 pts ure talking bout includes the + to all skils.....

Well first I agree with Alfzz you have to get to 96 or so if you use all of the skill quests, that takes along time and it with prequisites it can be hard to do that anyway good review

he wanted us to use 101 skill points to invest on his type of druid.....where on the earth are u going to have so much time to train urself to lvl 87....although it's not like 95+....but 87 is still a lot......(+4 skills for quests for each difficulty)

I said you max Oak Sage last (or twister if you prefer the life boost vs. damage). That means by lvl 80 you should have 10 points in either Oak sage or Twister already, that's not that hard is it? To max the skill u will need lvl 90 which is a drag i agree, but its not like lvling to 99. In any case you can start PvP mid 70s and still excel. Its only better if you do max all skills, but you can do what you like...

Dear Lord, Alfzz... Put an Annihilus charm on and play the game. Alternatively, if you really can't be bothered to, use a bot. It shouldn't take you more than a few days to get to lvl 90 from scratch. And if that is too much, then don't level him up more than you want to. But it seems to me to be a very trivial concern, what the character lvl of the build is. Any build will be made better by leveling up, as to at what point the build becomes effective, is a question of individual preference. In this case, IMO, by mid 70s you will already be winning often, if you know how to play...

i haven't gotten beyond the point of level 75 for my cold druid [which btw has the suckiest items]

my druid items are the worst amoungst all....i dont think i excel playing druid.....
btw why should i PvP in mid 70s?

i have yet to engage into my FIRST duel.. and i'm almost full lvl

dueling might start when ure like 75+ with proper skills.....dont get a 'spoilt' druid to duel.....

If you hang with it, I would definitely recommend lvl 80 so you can equip Arachnid Mesh belt. Otherwise by lvl 73 you can equip Stormshield and go for it. Remember that the gear that I list here is for all-round dueling, but if you are going to duel against casters then you do not need Stormshield, in which case you should equip Lidless wall for the extra casting frame (and +1 skill :)) and of course that means you can duel much earlier too. But be under no illusion, if you go at a lvl 99 Bone necro or Sorc with a lvl 65 Wind Druid you are asking for a beating...

i'll admit though, i have duelled high level cold druids...

i got too ****, thinking their hurricane wouldn't do must with high resist.

Thing is, it really deals a blow to recovery rate, not only are u slowed- just as u recover, the cold hits agian.. and again... and agian til death.

EDIT:
If you can slow a cold druid with decrepify... and ONLY decrepify, then the Necromancer will win undoubtebly

Summons do NO damage, they are meat walls.

And please don't spam this thread again.

1) Its not a cold druid, its a wind druid as the title says, you kill with Tornado.

2) If its the hurricane that is killing you , you need to rethink your build (ravenfrost???)

3) Decrepify does squat if the druid is teleporting.
