yes, you can put only 7 points in strength if you have a perfect annihilus charm. The str requirement for Stormshield is 133 (including the -15% requirements jewel). You have a base strength of 15. Add on 20 from Annihilus + 30 from Stormshield itself + 2 from Shako +5 from Mara + 7 stat points = 15 + 20 + 30 + 5 + 2 + 7= 79. To get to 133 str you need 54 more str points which Enigma will provide at lvl 72. The lvl before you can equip Stormshield. As you can probably figure out, this means you will need a total of + 30 to str charms in order to equip stormshield (as you only get the bonus once it is on) at which point you then put those charms back in your stash. You can also see that as your lvl goes up, and the str bonus from enigma increases, you no longer need to have any stat points at all in strength. However, it makes life difficult and you can afford to put a few stat points in str (like I did) to make everything smoother and not have to hastle about using + str charms. Its up to you, some will like to have the ultimately efficient stat allocation and put not a single point in str, while others like me prefer to lose out on a few vit points to make things easier. Exta strength also gives you extra versatility for using other gear setups (imagine if there is a another patch *cough...not likely* and Enigma gets replaced with an even better armor *cough...even less likely* then your character will no longer have enough str and you cannot go back to change your stats...). I know other Wind Druids that have 103 str without any bonuses so that they can equip their Archon plates, and they don't die very easily either...up to you..

the only thing that i would change is to not put the 20 points in oak sage but
5 in wearwolf
5 in lycopen (i think i spelled it wrong)
1 in all perqusties for fury
and 5 in fury

this way you get 5 extra hits in 40% less time no to mention dammage increased by 160% and life increased by 65%

thats true but fearl is pretty good 4 rush/ running 4 baal and other things

i thought i read somewhere that if you are going to be an elementalist, then you should spend no points into shapeshifting...

ya i fire druids do more damage, but unfortunately sometimes it takes skill to try and position your druid in the right location for the armageddon to hit, thus it takes longer to kill sometimes i'm building a fire druid (clvl 75 or 76) now cause i thought it would b more of a challenge than a windy druid, and i think it is. and, unfortuantely yes i agree with meph the summons are pretty much just meatwalls there to take some of the attacks off of you, so i think one should go with a grizzly since more hp and stuff. i think it is essential to go with maxing out oak sage since its good to have the extra life, especially if u are a fire druid and don't really have as much in cyclone.

To dragonxx and others, this is not a ww or bear build, it is a WIND DRUID. If you want a shapeshifting build, I or someone else can post one. The reason is that there just isn't enough skill points to go into shapeshifting and extra summoning. Once you have maxed oak sage, you have just enough skill points to put some in summoning to get a grizzly meat wall (alternatively, you can put 1 point in grizzly before you max the other skills...)

And the other obvious reason already pointed out is:
Either shapeshift or elementalist, not both.

possible.....cast cyclone than cast werewolf/bear.....same goes with hurricane.....but by the time u can cast werebear/wolf......the huricane/amargadon will end soon.....

i am stating what blink said.....i say that i can use......only arma,hurr and cyclone....he is saying that it is possible to have hurr arma and cyclone in a wolf or bear form.....
sorry for making myself unclear....i didnt say u can use tornado...
