Godly PvM Wind Druid Help Needed Please! - Blizzard Sector

Ok, I started an Elemental Druid, but I have a few questions... First of all, let me explain what I've done this far. This is strictly PvM ONLY.

Lvl 91
Stats:
STR: 40
DEX: 115
VIT: Rest
ENE: Base

Skills:
20 Cyclone Armor
20 Twister
20 Tornado
20 Hurricane
1 Oak Sage
1 Summoner Grizzly
1 Vine (the one that replenishes health)

Eq:
Helmet: 2/20 Circlet
Armor: Eni MP
Belt: Arach
Boots: Treks
Gloves: Trangs
Amulet: +3 elem, +10 energy
Ring 1: Raven Frost
Ring 2: +18 Str, +9 Res all
Switch 1: Hoto 37 + Spirit
Switch 2: Cta 2-4 Spirit (Unlucky, makeing a new CTA soon)

In inventory, I have 7 Elemskillers with various mods, and also an 18-18 Druid Torch.

Now, some of the eq choice is peculiar, so let me explain.
2/20 Circlet - Because I haven't got my Delirium yet... Just temporal.
Ring 1 - Raven for the CBF. I was thinking, should I screw the Delirium and just Cham a godly Druid Circlet?
Ring 2 - Need STR while I'm getting the anni.

What are the Druid fcr breakpoints?
