Druid Constantly in harmony with nature, the Druid is an offshoot of the Barbarian peoples of Harrogath. While Heaven and Hell battle with magic, the Druid can wield the forces of Sanctuary's living creatures and the elements themselves.

I'm making a Fury druid that is heavily based on leaching and enhanced damage. I got an eBoTDz for him with 15% leach on it, and about 392% ED. But I read somewhere that "even the lowest Grief is better than the highest eBoTDz". Is this true? Even though Grief gives less leach and has an apparent less amount of damage, will it really be better with Fury? Will I leach from the +400 damage?

Yes

Lowest grief is better than a highest ebotdz

UNLESS the ebotdz ALWAYS hits the max dmg...which is like impossible.

Would you explain in detail, please? Will I simply do more damage, or...? Since the damage Grief adds goes straight through target defense and hits regardless of anything, and is multiplied by skills, will that give leach?

From what I know about the game, the +400 damage is Guraneteed to hit pure hp, presuming the attack is successful. I think it isnt based on pdr, but im certain it ignores energy shield. I BELIEVE it is added BEFORE % enhanced damage (wheres + min to max or min/max would be added AFTER), which is VERY valuable. And probably yes, i would most likely go wiht grief, however i am a single player type of person, and as such i cant make one :.
