hey im making a rabies druid but my weapon and shield and different than wut u recommended. instead of a plague bearer and sanctuary, im using an ebotd zerk and um'd ss. which would be better for me to have??

Well depends what u want.. if u want more POISON plague bearer is the best for that...
where as on hte other hand.. if u want more damage to go along with ur rabies use a ebotd..

on he shields issue.. i dont know why he said use a sanctuary??..??..?? its not that hard to get full resis in hell.. and ss does massiv block rate.. so without a high def OR blockrate.. ur a ****in sitting duck.. thatas why i suggest u put dex so that u got 75%block..

Even though ebotd zerker is a very good weapon, it sucks for rabies druides since rabies druides are best with hit`n run.

Sanctuary is because you need to get more resist, and with trang`s claws and bramble there needs to be a good shield to cover uf for the resist.

100 dex is enough for max block with a good shield and atr.

Rabies druids need a 6 shael phase as much as a fireclawer does. otherwise it would take like a second or so for the slap to even go through most of the time it stilldoesnt even hit. My fireclawer has 19k ar and when he duels barbs and pallys it takes at least 9-10 slaps on average to actually get a hit in.

Renember that werewolf skill give a more swiftly attack that werebear, and plague bearer pownz all the other weapon. The only funny thing is that it has so low value.

I only need 100 dex, cause the dex will pump up to 140-160

Btw, its a troll shield.
+20% Faster Hit Recovery
+20% Faster Block Rate
20% Increased Chance of Blocking
+130-160% Enhanced Defense (varies)
+250 Defense vs. Missile
+20 To Dexterity
All Resistances +50-70 (varies)
Magic Damage Reduced By 7
Level 12 Slow Missiles (60 Charges)

storm shield would help cuz dr and cerbres would too and since santuary is a runeword u cant put a facet in there like ss mainly 290's would help alot and highlords ammy for ias and +1

never use poison charms on characters with poison as a skill. It slows the dmg down a helluva lot. Also id socket the plague witha shael. What realm you play on (if u got a rabies druid) we will see who is the better off of 2 shapeshifters, the Fireclawer Bear, or the rabies wearwolf. I put 1k points on the fireclawer.(My fireclawer that is) good luck keat if u even have the char because u will need it. You will have like 70% or so block max shit defence and no fire resist. Congrats u just got owned. Compare to 75% block mid defence and 5k life with 75/75/75/75 res in all difficulties. 19k dmg in 1 hit, not like 20k in a few seconds. Thats why fireclaw is better. You should just give him like 20 5%r/w scs so that u can hit and run like a ***** to get the hell out of there.100% fr/w with 40% from aldurs (if u use it, i seem to prefer it cuz it adds some res and life along with 40 r/w) 140% r/w not too shabby.

6x Sheals are mostly for FC or Fury Druids. IAS doesn't matter all to much on a Rabies because you basically hit run then finish off.

I'm

nobody mentioned the Carrion glitch. Put no points into creeper and slap on a Carrion Wind. Just like that, you have a lvl 21 poison creeper no points invested. That makes room for other skills. I agree with Fuggle.

EDIT: All my points on Fuggle's Fireclawer - I've tested it.

Because it gives 1+ skill wich boost the dmg alot.
