dunno, but that video looks fake.

Also, blizzard is too tied up making money off of WoW and its expansion. Maybe when Diablo 3 comes out they'll put more thought into Diablo series again.

why wouldn't they? think of how muc money they would have made off d2 then d3 with hi def graphics possibly run with source engine think of the ownageness! and bliz would be filthy rich cause of people like us buying the game. but i think if they do make a d3 it will be like wow where u have to pay to play which = GAY

as far as i know, blizz began to start producing d3, (which i read in a newspaper, d3 is about some modern world w/ hell vs heaven), but in the process they figured "it wasn't fun enough" and put off aside and sticked to wow. that was like 2 years ago i believe.

I think they will come out with diablo 3. But what bliz is good for is keep diablo patchs and ladder resets secret until a few days before it happens. I am sure bliz will come out with d3 cuase what company does not want to make more and more money? lol just be patient it will come.

Lol, yea it's definitely fake. Isn't Blizzard split up into four different sections (north, east, south, west)? And each section works on a different project? I thought WoW and Diablo were produced by different sections.

D3 will come out, when people start to lose interest in WoW. If people still lose interest in WoW after expansions keep churning out, then blizzard will go "Ok, people aren't liking Warcraft now. We should slow down our production for warcraft related things and concentrate on other things we left behind in the dark for awhile. I know, lets make a Diablo version of WoW and make some money off of that for awhile!"

Well maybe its not in exactly those words, but I'm guessing it works like that.

EDIT2: blizzard north lost a good portion of their devs from d2, because they all started working on another game.

Unfortunately, I believe WoW plans to start coming out with an expansion every year so it may take awhile before people loose interest in the game....

Well Blizzard wouldn't be making the game, if would be Blizzard North which they are working at Flagship Studios. So if your looking for D3, check out for flagship studios isnted. Currently they are working on a diablo based game called Hellgate: London.
