Diablo III soon? - Blizzard Sector

I have heard that the new diablo III will be out soon.Can anyone tell me anything about it?

Soon? There have always been rumors and if it is in production it'd have to be very early becuase Blizz hasn't officially announced they were working on it.
From what I read here on the forums SC:Ghost got canned (?) The only project I know for sure that is coming out is WoW's expansion.

So we can only speculate, Blizz laid off a bunch of people (relocate as they put it) about six months ago who were working on an unnamed project and I get the impression it was D3. So I wouldn't hold your breath, I don't think we will be seeing any new diablo inside two years.

No, I think diablo is ending this version or next version, I don't think there will be a Diablo 3, they have SC Ghost to release and WoW to update daily.

Diablo 3=Never gonna happen, The bnet crew is too buzy with SUCH AWESOME GAMES LIKE WOW~!!!!!

lol.... d3 would be gamelayout just like gulidwars and WoW i betcha, the first person view etc.

I don't think they are going to can the third-person isometric clickfest. That's like the defining gameplay of Diablo. Well, if there is going to be a d3 i'm sure it'll go from isometric to true 3d, but still.

lol soon my ass when in year like 2003-2005 (i forgot wich year) ppl been saying that Diablo III was coming out in whatever year that was soon after Christmas so dont worry about it if blizz does make d3 i hop they make it a little more better they should make it kinda like WoW so u have more places to go and shit and there will be a act after u beat like hell mode or shit u can unlock new chars to be like Tyreal or Deckraid Cain that be awsome...

True, but when did V1.11b come out again? Considering D2 was released years ago and it still gets updates shows a company's dedication to it's product. How many other games that you know of still update so long after they were released?

At any rate I'm sure developers don't like watching their game get dissected by hackers, so I can understand their agnst against MH but I think there are other issues that are a bit more serious than MH that they can fix, like act2 drophack and the like.

There is a rumor it's being layed out for ideas but since Blizzard is so fucusly on WoW: Expansion (Buring Crusades) and StarCraft: Ghost after WoW: Expansion is done, it'll be a while.

I dunno but D3 may have a complety new layout using the 3D graphic gameplay like on WoW but its currentlly being decided since you'll need a advance garphic card like a GeForce 6200 or similar. It'll be fun with tons of new features and items expanded from D2. New characters, qwests, acts, etc.

Might be good but it might take years for it to come out.

Diablo III is not likely to come out. Cause there is warcraft, warcraft expan and the sc ghost then WoW.. then WoW expansion.. i dont think they are ever going to come out with D3

yes i see these posts all the time. diabloIII would be very badass if it was 3d. i wouldn't mind paying money/month to play means you know their keeping up with problem and stuff. and that's why they love WoW so much because it brings them ton of money. $15 per month per person, idk how many people play WoW but it must be in the hundred thousands atleast right?
