Yup. I would. But I don't think that I'd pay 12 €/month like for WoW. Something between 5-8 €/month would be ok, though.

It depends. Most games that are required for you to pay monthly(well, blizzards) have a month, or an xxxx day trial for it, if D3 does turn out to be a monthly fee to pay, I would check out of trial, and if I liked the game I would. But if it was shit, I'm not paying for it. Simple as that. But making the game a monthly fee would hurt me, because I'm already paying a monthly fee for my own Counter Strike server. So I really don't know.

Ive played games on both sides of the P2P vs. F2P spectrum, and honestly it depends on the game. I played WoW for about 5 months and got sick of it, the game has to pass my own expectations and wants for me to even play it for more then a month. But back to the point, Diablo has always been free to play online. So has Starcraft and Warcraft. The only reason WoW is P2P is because of the type of game it is, its a MMO. You can argue with me all day long saying Diablo 2 is a MMO, but actually its not(Just my personal opinion). Just because a game is P2P doesnt mean hacks, bots and other unpleasentries wont spring up. Gold Spammers will ALWAYS be around no matter the game or billing plan(if there is one), ban one 5 more pop up to replace him.

The way i see it is Diablo has always been F2P online so why change it? IF they were to make it P2P they might as well make Starcraft 2 P2P online as well. But to wrap this up, it all really depends on the game, im not really a multiplayer type of gamer, yes i own plenty of multiplayer only type games, several actually for my PS3 and Comp, but they are all FPS's, and they are a totally different conversation. When it comes to RPG's i could careless about Multiplayer, as long as the Singleplayer is great and theres a high replayability to it.

I would never pay and play why would I want to spend money on the game then once addicted to it ( which I am very sure would happen) end up paying money each month to play isn't tjhat called Pushing like a pusher pushing drugs , gets you to try it out then once addicted charges you I am very sure that they will charge to play this game

Okays, this is how it is. D3 looks like it's going to be the shit. I watched the E3 videos(the trailer ROCKS) and I almost pooped myself. Not really, but I may have passed gas while watching it, and that's sort of close. ANYWAY... The gameplay looks effing amazing. The graphics aren't as clean as they could be, but it has to be available to people with lower quality internet connects as well as people on uberspeed, so I can understand that... The Barbarian was the most r0x class in D2 and I think he will be again just by looking at his skills.. I think that A LOT of people will p2p if they have to, but since the game includes a story mode, I think we'll be seeing open and closed B.net make a return, and that's free as long as you have your CD Key. Besides, they've made/are making so much off of WoW subscriptions that they could probably just give the damn game away and run their servers without taking too big a financial hit. 9 million subscribers times fifteen dollars a month is a lot of money.

If it's P2p, I won't pay. I'm too cheap and was spioled by D2 to pay for it. Besides, I have a few consoles I can play if I feel like going online for free. I wish the days of pay to play would die.

If it was like diablo 2, i would play it
if it was like world of warcraft, there would be a 50% chance.

I will never pay to play a game. I'll happily buy a game and then buy expansion packs for more updated material but I will never pay a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or yearly fee to play a game online.

well i seriously doubt they would charge to play online

but if they would i doubt it;d be something like 10 bucks a month as many people reference to. If they would theyd prolly charge 50 bucks a year which is fine with me

and it would be nice to cut down on some of the little kids

A penny every year is to much.

Screw that. If blizzard makes this game P2P, they are greedy bastards. They are already raking in the millions or even billions from WoW each month. Even if it was a 5$ a month game, I would still have to think about it...
