how do i find out how much dex i need for max block? is there a chart somewhere that i can look at or am i just missing something so common its not mentioned?

Just add and check your block % as u add. Press "C" and hover over chance to block. Max block is 75%. Just keep adding until u reach it. Thats what i do anyways. Also + dex items helps

i typically wait until im level 90 before i add any points at all
be certain on what shield you are going to use because max block with stormshield isnt max block with say a Spirit monarch

Hi I'm new in Diblo2.. I have 72 level paladin hammer den but i found hard how to defeat the monster in act 1 hell. whats wrong in my char. i dont have the right equipment for my paladin. whats best equipment for my paladin hammer... pls help

First off your low level, second your gear is probably horrible.
