hi there.. do anyone know where to find keys? i know that i can find 1 at nil and 1 at countress.. but where can i find the third?

*Key of Terror - The Countess (Tower Lv.5)

*Key of Hate - Summoner (A2 Arcane Sanctuary)

*Key of Destruction - Nihlithak (forget the name of the place, but yeh, "Nil" is the guy)

the drop rate of the keys is 1/32 right?

Yes it's 1/32 or 1/34 I forget which.
