MF Questions. - Blizzard Sector

I have read previous post about mf'ing but i still have other questions. I don't really have anything for my hammerdin and cold sorc. Yes i know i need gear for hammerdin but my cold sorc i know i can mf right now. usually i only do normal runs because they are so quick and i do andy lol but i only get yellow items.

I start out on normal but where should i MF on normal and what is about the top item you will get on normal MF runs. And who should i kill to get these items.

What lvl should i be to do nightmare runs. And should i have any special gear for my sorc. What are some items i may get and who should i be killing over and over again.

i really have never done hell runs because my characters suck when i make them. who should i use for hell runs. and again what lvl should i be. what items will i most likely get and who should i be killing.

and for everyones opinion what should i be MF running on (normal, nightmare, or hell) for best results (as getting done fast and getting good items that will trade).

Normal Andy u can get Nagle rings. Perf Nagle is 30% mf
Nightmare Diablo drops a couple good items. War Trav, Skullders, Chance guards, ali baba, Gull all drop from Nightmare Diablo.
For Hell run Meph, Andy and countess.
Try to trade for Nagles, Chance guards or skullders before you do any runs that way you start out with some mf.
