New Patch - Blizzard Sector

What's up all, I have been hearing rumors that there is going to be a new patch coming out for D2. Within this patch there will be all new items, as well as another character class. Just wondering if anyone else knows any truth to this? Just a little bit of info I've been hearing. Hope to hear from everyone about this.

I have heard of this too. I also heard within the patch, it would be adding 3 new quest to Act 4, but any truths to this? I haven't a clue.

Looking at battle.net I do not see any plans for any updates, so it is not true, yet.

I also heard they were creating 11 new acts and guns as the new weapon and all sorts of changes to the game coding without even an expansion! Pewpew!

Haha, hey guys, don't shoot the messenger. But I just heard a bunch of people talking about it and I just wanted to see if anyone else had heard the same thing. From this, though, I now think that it was all a load of crock. Would have been cool though, you have to admit.

hmm i dunno about this, but i've always wondered about those blank squares in act IV...

i'd rather blizz get their lazy ass working on Diablo 3 rather than making new stuff in D2 they tend to get sidetracked on everything

the new character class is vampire. much like a necromancer warrior. using dark bone like spells, but more of a hands on combat aspect aka melee.
