problem convert classic to hell difficulty - Blizzard Sector

Im rushing char on clasic, I complete nm diablo with lv1 char and lv1 can make hell games, but when convert to expan char is only at nm ak4. Reading on google I have to get char to ak3 hell classic before I convert to pass the nm baal q. Any ideas?

He is rushing a character on classic and then converting it to expansion to bypass having to find baal games for normal and nightmare modes.

Have you tried getting a char to act3 hell for classic then converting?

I only started on classic a week ago. My rush char is lev60 which makes hell diff on classic especially hard in hell diff with crap items (nm is piece of cake). Of course on LOD I rush with my lv90 but baal q is hard find.
