Torch Trade Crashing - Blizzard Sector

I was in a game called "Torch for Rune" in where a sorc told me to go into a specific game where a person had torch to trade. (should have left from that but I didn't expect any harm) Anyways, we got into act2 and dropped both of our stuff and ran for it. it was palace and there weren't any people besides us. I had made halfway before my d2 crashed. I tried again and it crashed. I tried character that was in act1 and when it was in the "loading stage" into act2 it crashed. Any of u guys have been scamed like this? Did these guys had to access my computer in order for this to happen?

you traded in act 2... and the palace...lol. Havent you heard of the drop hack? Thats been around for ages, never drop trade in act 2 unless you want your stuff nicked.

act2 palace is not prone to drophack, i have tested multiple times by myself. the person can only steal ur items if they teleport hack there or if there is a guy hiding in the harm lvl 1. This guy just froze my d2 so that i would be kicked out.

i heard palace trades were scams i just never knew why...

It's scam because the one who drops torch crashes..I think it has to do something with torch...happened to me too lol

word for the wise: Dont trade Torches unless you trust the person (ie mod here or something)

the same thing happened to me but not in palace, it was near jeryn, dude theres is a new hack makes ur game crash, never trdae in act2

its a gfx modification that makes other people crash, called rgx mod or something, darkmage made it (netters cronies)
