Question About Exploit - Blizzard Sector

This isn't really a hack or a bot so i just put this in here. I Was wandering how the exploit that lets you transfer items from a non ladder character to a ladder character worked.....or if it was just something u had to do when the ladder reset...and if that is the case how cause all the servers are shutdown and nobody can get on b.net when that happens. I'm not new to diablo or D2sector actually i come here often. I just don't post that often. Anyway i heard this froma very realiable source so i was just wondering how it works....if u don't want to post plz e-mail me at Kranix0071984@yahoo.com with the info or just leave in the forum.
