What should I upgrade - Blizzard Sector

I wanted a few opinions on this so i decided to ask everyone what do you guys think is a few good armo/belts/shields/helms to upgrade?

using the upgrade article is always the best. the basic propietes of an object are use to calcule after the magic proprieties you can add. if you want to multiplie an effect it's best if you beggin the higher you can. for exemple try to use the more normal damage you can because it's impossible to absorb or to resiste!
