Does anybody have a clue to when ladder is going to reset?

Blizzard never responds to my damn emails. I couldnt count the amount of times ive emailed blizzard about questions (and waited endlessly in chatrooms) to ask them questions about ladder, problems, etc.

when im 45 blizzard would have ended, at least 10 new gaming platforms and 5 new styles of computers would be out. microsoft will be at thing of the past. and maybe i would learn to hack things correctly.
