Whats the pros and cons of ladder and non ladder?

ladder : lesss rushing (well still alot) more items , more recipies (which only affect top 10% of players ne way) and more fun , and btw non ladder is just stupid and not fun play ladder nufff said

huh?how much more items?in terms of uniq or magical?

ladder has more enemies and i think it has higher chance of getting good items and it has some items that non ladder can't find
