Upgrading - Blizzard Sector

Hey, I have been looking around but I can't seem to find a place where it tells you how to upgrade items. I know the gems to make better gems but how do you upgrade items? Is there a website that tells you? And also what are the new ladder- only runewords? A site would help. Thanks in advance :)

Not sure about the runewords try Diabloii.com or .net I forget which one.

I was looking through diabloii.net and i can't find ladder only runewords. Can anyone help?

there are no ladder only runewords yet... it is possible that they will be released sometime in December
