08 valk stats - Blizzard Sector

what are the stats on the .08 valk helm? i've been hearing a lot about it, and i'd like to know. thanks! and happy thanksgiving, everyone.

30% faster cast
30% faster hit recovery
30% increased attack speed
35 to defense

no it dosent , but an .08 valk with a 40/15ias in it is really expensive on uswest nonladder softcre.

a valk is useless for a zon

08 valk is only useful on casters. ie Bone nec mainly for the high fcr and fhr.
