Whats wrong with my account - Blizzard Sector

hey all, well heres the problem. everytime i log into my acount it says that battle.net has muted it. i dont know how maybe i said something i wasnt supposed to,i dont know. now i cant chat in channels anymore. even worse, it doesnt even let me chat to my friends with the /f m command or the /w command. does anyone know if this muted thing lasts forever or just a few days or something. anyone know what i can do about this?:

its something that blizz does like banning but not as bad, banning cd keys that is, its like that forever. in order to talk u need a new key. so u gotta send a whopping..what 20$ for classic+xpac in order to talk again. sowwy.

that happened to me once but i sent a (fake :

) excuse to battle net at there mailing adress and they bought it and they gave me 2 new cd keys free awesome :P search around there site in the support section and you can find there mailing adress somewhere in there. it took 3 weeks to get them but it was worth it!
