Im sick of the arguement that just because they make money off one product they OBVIOUSLY won't try and make more with another, use your brains.
I personally HOPE d3 does come out. if it doesn't though oh well.

Ubisoft, Atari, and Electronic Arts game's usually suck, people usually buy them so they make money anyway, but they make a new one every 3 days.

Blizzard won't make D3 because they need the money, they will make Diablo 3 if they have the staff and think its what WE want.
If Diablo 3 was released and it was free online, or even if it did cost money to play online, it could deter people from playing WOW. So that much is true. But it won't be a reason for them not to release it AT ALL. WoW will not last forever you know and EITHER WAY your paying Blizzard.

I'd expect it to die faster than any other Blizzard game, would you still pay for a game thats like 10 years old? If you would, then you need to be checked into rehab. One of the things that made all Blizzard games great until WOW was that they were free online.
ok yes they are going to make diablo 3 they have allready started it and how many times do we got to go over this? it will be released as blizzard stated with next 3 years .
