i know it got denied by its publisher but who knows, maybe someone else will publish it. anyways, we are actually learning about him in my bio class for later things on cells etc. but anyways, what are your opinions on his new book. is it a confesssion, just a way to get more money? do you think it's an insult? and will you get it if it does get published, although it would maybe interest some people buying his book would be like supporting him which most people would be against.
As long as darkness flows through my veins, I will never cease, As long as my dreams still haunt me, I will never show mercy, and as long as evil lives I will never die.....
hehe that joke was good. i'm going to tell me class that when we study oj more tomorrow lol.
anyways, even if he releases this book it can't be used as a confession/in a trial against him because of double jepordy he can't be tried for the same crime twice.

unlessssss they find new evidence to convict him with. if he released that book and it brought in as much attention as it proboby would theres a chance that somebody might take another look back into that case.
drop they cant try him for the same crime twice, its against the law. called double jeopardy as hell said. the only thing that possibly could happen is the family of his late wife could find some way to sue him for it and take all his money again...

Correct, but I think that there have been some amendments to the U.S. law that if really new evidence is found that leaves no doubt whatsoever that he's done he can be tried again.
Also, he was already sued in a civil court, so he cannot be tried there either.
frater he was sued for wrongful death last time...i'm sure some creative lawyers could find a way to turn this into a defacement(too tired and annoyed with my dog to figure out if this is really a word and how to spell it, i think its right but i have only had like 4 hours of sleep) of character suit or something.
yes i know what double jeopardy is because im workin on becomming a police officer. and yes they can be tried again if they find new evidence that is VERY solid. and if in the book he is getting as close to a confession as they say he is then there is a good chance somebody will take another look into it.
but he can just say its "hypethetical". and he still does have all his money, he lost in civil court and owns the families $30mil+ but hasn't paid up yet and can't have his possesions seized.

They can't take his money because it is unconstitutional to take away someones pension. The pension professional athletes receive is big enough for him to live large also his property can't be taken away as well because the state he lives in (can't remember which one any more) doesn't prohibit it, he moved there immediately after his trial started that's why he didn't lose almost any money after he was found guilty in civil court.
the states your thinking of is florida where he lives(i think in clearwater florida)
