Anyways, today at around 1:45 PM the jury came out and gave their verdict on the Scott Peterson sentencing. He was given the death penalty. In my opinion, he's one lucky bastard to be given death. He will be in solitary confinement as opposed to getting life in prison where he would most likely get brutally murdered.

he was given the death penalty by the jurrs. dosent mean teh judge will allow it. hes prob gonna get life no perole and a girl friend named bubba how will give him a human booster shot every nite i think thats much worse then death. a lot of things are.

I didn't follow the case that much, but giving him the death sentence i think is wrong. I'm against the death penalty. Besides from what i saw of his reactions, i think it would have been more of a punishment for him to have life in prison without parole. Let him live with himself and what he did. And let Bubba have some fun with him too. LOL.

I'm for the death penalty but i do believe life in prison (NOT IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT) would be the best answer

also they should find him 2 300 lb+ bodybuilder gay cellmates that have been in prison over a decade lol

I think he deserves his death he is a ****ing lunatic and doesnt desearve life...what he did was horrible..noone can say it wasnt..unless your ****ed up like him my two cents

i mean i agree with you keming he is a lunatic...but i think its kinda hypocritical to say "life is sacred" and then go and give people the death penalty. Let them rot in prison. That's my opinion.

Sucks to be him right now doesn't it? He deserves it in my view, he deserves that and a hell of lot more.

The guy is a sociopath he would never have regretted killing her or his own son the only thing he would have regretted was getting caught.

As far as I'm concerned life in prison with a **** up his *** would have been fine, but the deathrow scene is gonna make the guy go crazy as hell and I for one think the death sentence was good for him, how ever it is doubtful he will die anytime soon, there are 442 other people ahead of him....Nope he's just gonna rot in a small small cell where he can stare at a wall for fun and go crazy.

from the way he looked in his interviews he looked like he was forcing tears. i mean u cant do something like that in teh spur of teh moment unless u on big time drugs. somethin like premeditated came up cuz he was cheating on lacy with an assistant.

also i hope they let him live they should put him in a 1 meter by 1meter solitary cell and nerer release him.

ya true cause/do something to put him over the edge or u could strap him in a chair and play images of people being torn apart and raped and shit with blaring 1000 watts of sound power 4 8 hours a day. well see how long he can take it without cracking.

Yeah put him in a small as cell just tight enough for him to fit but no room to move. Have a waterleak dripping 1 drop of water on his head. Put a beeping and buzzing sound playing 24/7.

hes a guy who killed his wife and soon to be son, he killed them because he didnt want to be a father and had another women in his life.

in my opinion, they should shove a long metal stick up his *** and then give him life sentence living the rest of his like with 5 gay guys in a 4'4 feet jail cell with a metal spike up his ***. he deserves it dont he?
