yea yea and like perminately paste the pic of the daughter and wife to the wall like entirely covering the whole thing so he goes insane and kills himself by grusomly ripping his stomach open with his finger nails.(this happened one time with a guy that was going through a withdrawal from drugs in a padded room and he got so wacked out from not having drugs and it was so painful he ripped his stomach out with his finger nails

i think they should rip of each of his finger nails, then pour salt in the wound just for some real pain. Then send him down a water slide, but its got broken glass all the way down, and when he gets to the bottom, have the water be alcohol instead. that would burn so bad, so so bad. If push comes to shove we could always take a drill to one of his eye balls, cause that just sounds like fun to me.

The guy was obviously guilty. I mean, he went into hiding for a while, and when he was found, he had a beard and a new haircolor. But him getting the death penalty isn't worth it. A life sentence is much more punishment. Because the death penalty just ends it after a bit, but a life sentence means he has to think about it in a cell everyday until he dies.

He had a video tape of him fishing, he said that was proof but the times were all wrong compared to the sunlight...he is so stupid..

Kind of late, I guess, however..

On one note, this is[was] an extremely shitty date. I, on a personal and a gut-feeling kind of level, am sad to see the day we can convict a man to lose his life on absolutely no solid 100% evidence. This case was based on weak(saying the least) evidence that could not be proved beyond a shadow of a doubt.

On the other hand, it's a[was] very good day. I *know* deep within myself this man had a finger in her death, so him getting justice is wonderful. Death for him is like walking tightrope over a volcano on sewing thread. If you're innocent, you COULD make it across the burning pit, but you could also fall off or the thread could burn, get what i'm saying?
