Did anyone else realize what an utter moron Cheney was. He simply could not outwit Edward and it seemed he was physically unable to rebut half of Edwards' points. Cheney is truly a shame to all debaters.

Oh yeah cause Edwards was just incredible right? With his not answering questions and just constantly bashing what the current administration did "We have a plan." was the most common thing he spurted out that was even close to an answer...I really think it's a waist of time talking politics here since nobody ever seems to listen to me or even watch them carefully on their own.

i didn't watch all of it, just listened to some of it. i though that cheney's pacemaker was going to cause an electrical surge in the lightbox, causing it to quickly flash the 3 colors in rapid succession.anyways i thought i heard that cheney did rather well and that he whopped edwards. although both guys were doing what seems like constant lying all throughout the debate.

it seems that i believe i read in places that the debate was a draw, and i don't really care about the vice-prez debate (i know i should) cause unless the prez is unable to stay in office they (vice-pres) seems to stay back in the shadows.

and yeh i'm a registered democrat so any of the viewpoints that i said i may agree with. i'd like to consider myself independent kind of person, makes it tough for others to see my views heh.

Cheney pwned Edwards. Besides, Edwards was just repeating what Kerry said during the first debate.

People only think Edwards won because of his supposed "child like charm" kind of like how people say Kennedy won his debate with Nixon when they saw it on TV but those who listened on the radio said Nixon won.

... Nobody really won, I don't think. Cheney avoided questions and Edwards avoided questions. They both did a superb job of looking like all they know is what theyve been told.

I thought Edward's lost he just couldn't seem to get it together, and when ever he did seem to get on a track he would switch as soon as Cheney said something that made him look like a kid.
