well, maybe it won't be all that bad. I heard the safe distance (from which the eruption will be videotaped) is only like, 5 miles, and we won't even see ash on this side of the state. hell, maybe it won't even really blow, just spew a bit of lava. but, we must wait and see!

I don't know after the first time it errupted i doubt i would ever build another house there.. i mean even if you were insanely rich like bill gates .. it still isn't logical.. we will have to see if the mountain explodes again.

Idiots. The mountain doesn't spit lava. That's not what kind of volcano it is. It explodes, created a lava dome (a dome of solid, volcanic rock) that traps the gasses and such inside, and pressurizes to the point that it goes off like a bomb. AND it's not normal to see this kind of seizmic activity coming from it so soon after the last eruption. We expected Mt. Ranier to go before St. Helens did again. (Find Mt. Ranier on a map and compare it to Mt. St. Helens. Be Impressed.)

lol Get a cane and push off! It's faster to go backwards...if you have a swivel chair it's a bad idea to use the cane method.. you could end up turning the wrong way and crashing. >_< If you have a swivel chair, put your hands on the seat and bed over like yer gonna get sodomized (lol...) and run and push it, then hop on, put your knees up on it, grab the back of the seat and steer by putting one of your feet down and dragging it.

i have the swivel chair.. and i am pretty sure i better start practicing this.. otherwise in about 10 feet i will be on the ground with my head implanted in a tree or something.. doesn't sound to pleasant.. i think its time to get a house somewhere safe.. maybe like Minnesota or something..

It erupted.... it spewed a cloud of steam into the air and that was it. But the tremors didnt stop, and in the gasses above the volcanoes crater, CO2 levels are rising. That means that the magma is moving closer to the surface...which means that it's gonna erupt bigger and explode... They said, on the news, that the next eruption will put property and lives at risk.
