How can Level 1 In Hell - Blizzard Sector

Im just wondering how can a level 1 show up in a hell game. I know there's a way to get the character thru the levels but how can you get it through each difficuity without going into throne and defeating baal if you didnt kill Anicents yet. Can someone tell me how does this work. Thank you.

that would be called a glitch rush that they got u have a friend rush u u stay in town in act5 while he kills your baal and u get quest and then your going to nm and so on 4 hell

There is no point on having yourself being rushed to hell in lvl 1. That's just retarded.

no its not people do it just to get hellfor drops thats just them i don't i make the char play it and get drops
