Ladder Reset Build - Blizzard Sector

Since the new ladder season is under way. Me and my friend are trying to find somethign that can do alot of major damage without the +skill items since we dont have a single thing cause of the reset. This is what we came up with:

Medic Paladin:

Skills:
20 Holy Bolt (main attack)
20 Hammer (% more dmg)
1-20* Prayer (+healing)(depending on how much u wanna heal)
20 Fist of Heavens (% more dmg)
20 Sanctuary (main arua)
1-5 Redemption (for quick life and mana recovery)
1-5 Conviction (to help out party)

Items: Any +skills/res items that will bump up dmg on skills and help out more
Stats: Strg- Enuff for gear like always---Dex- who needs that?---Vitality-Rest into here---Energy-like 50 or less
