There was a smilar thread a while ago, by Grim-Reaper, but since he has quit these forums, I thought that maybe I could take up his position.

If you need help with any build or have any questions, post here and I'll answer your question to the best of my ability. If I cannot, I'll try to find out how to solve the issue.

If you have a build question, it would help if you listed whether this char was for PvM or PvP and how rich you are, then I could decide accordingly and point out alternatives.

If this actually gets going, I think that it ought to be stickied, since hopefully it will limit the number of threads being created.

Also, I forgot to mention, Cleglaw's gloves are also suitable, but it's extremely BM.

Answer2: Rare gloves 20%IAS +20 str +15 dex, +30cr,lr,fr.

Stats are very handy for wearing eq and achieving max block. Resists are nice vs. facets and stacked IAS is useful vs. Doom users. IAS is not mandatory though, with Grief PB.

Ok Frater, I mainly just need a good singer barb guide, the only 1 thats here didnt really work for me.

Also, the str glitch I needed help with, I put on the str charms, put on the armor or w/e, take the str charms off. And is that it? Can people still see?

And no finally, how come anni and the torches add to str, I dont see it anywhere in there stats.

Ok, what exactly do you mean by it didn't work for you? What are you going to do with this barb?

STR glitch, i.e. you have 155 STR and you want to equip Stormshield, so you use a +1 STR SC. You will now have 186 STR (+30 from SS), but once you remove the +1 STR SC, you will not have enough STR to wear SS, without its bonus (without the SS bonus you would have 155). Therefore, the shield will apprear as invisible, but will work.

Anni + torch 10-20 all stats (each).

like i want to use the barb for dueling, it didnt work for me because it died alot, and according to the guide it isnt supposed to die alot. and i want to make it so all my gear is invisible. so it looks like my barb is not wearing everything.

Don't even bother with trying to make a Singer for dueling, any self-respectable PvP char will break you in half. You will sometimes hear people saying: "Oh make a Singer, you stun the guy and kill him blabla gobble gobble", it's utter bullshit. A Singer's use is limited even in PvM, all that I would recommend him for would be BOing everyone in your game, and Throne tele, if you wish. If you are going to do t

Armor: Enigma
Weapons: Grief BA + Beast BA
Weapons switch: CTA 3 + HOTO
Amulet: +3 Warcries 10%FCR
Belt: Arach
Gloves: Trang's/Mages

Anni, torch, 9xWC skiller, fill rest with what you want. Don't bother with dam charms, your damage will suck anyway.

Skills:
20 Shout

1 Battle Command (put this on 20 if you're not going to do damage with him)

1 into all passives
dump the rest into whatever you fancy, i.e. faster run walk, but the best idea would probably be passive resist.

The idea is that you use your primary set to WW around and pretend that you are doing damage, while your only use is really the BO. On the switch you have HOTO and CTA that you use to BO and Tele.
FCR:
40% HOTO
20% Arach
20% Trang's
10% amu = 90%, meaning that you will be hitting the 86%FCR breakpoint. Nice to tele around with, nice to BO with.

And take my word for it, don't ever try PvP with a Singer.

I presume this is for a barb, right? Your options are Shael, Hel and Um. I've never heard of anyone using Nef in their Widowmaker, the purpose of it is not to knockback. Ultimately, Um is the best option, for even more OW on Widow, but if you have a full vit BvC, you have to adapt some gear, i.e. I know a barb that cannot use Widow without the DEX bonus from Arreat, so he cannot use Widow for duels in which he needs CoA.

edit: Didn't notice the part about Ravens, but I pretty much covered it already. You DON'T want to be losing FCR so that you can use Widow, so Hel'ing it would be a better option in your case, if you cannot get the DEX together.

Ring2: stat ring, i.e. +20 STR +15DXE +mods (i.e. resis, etc)

You have a couple of options with what you have on your switch, and it depends on whether you can precast or not. If you are allowed to precast BO, have CTA in your stash and on your switch have a magical pala caduceus (that style) with +2 pala +Conv +FoH 5sockets (I'm not 100% sure about what kind of mods can spawn on that caddy, but as you are getting hold of one, make sure it has Conv, since you are not putting any points into that, and then see if you can get 5 sockets, fill them with 5/5 facets). Alternatively, I have seen shields with +2 pala 4sox filled with facets, so consider those as alternatives.

If you are not allowed to precast, get a white stick with +3FoH +3Conv 5 sockets and make a CTA in it. Shield: Zaka or magical shield that I mentioned beforehand.

I think that is it. Good luck, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions/disputes. Just keep it in mind that there is no 1 way of making a FoH, it's all about finding out what suits you and what doesnt.

He's gonna say windy, but his build which is 99/99 could be easily beat by a bvc that actually is smart and uses his leap.
What I would say is an all arounder is a bvc with some minor stat adjustments to use items like ss, to achive max block and lots of dr vs melee characters
