I think I could help with a singer, I am helping a friend make one and we decided on some gear. We still have some speculation about some things.
However here is what we've thought of as of now.


Max these skills.

Warcry- main attack
Howl- synergy
Taunt- synergy
Battle Cry- synergy
Rest into BO

One pointers
Shout
Natural Res
Iron Skin
Battle Command

Helm=Delirium in barb helm with these auto-mods, 3 warcry, 3 to some synergy (battle cry, taunt or howl) Or possibly BO or one of the one pointers (to save skill points)

Weapon, Now here is where we have some trouble= Hoto, any res for the most part.

Weapon 2= Either 35 Spirit or Hoto, Warcry has low range so we don't know whether to use spirit for the blocking or hoto for the extra skill and fcr.

Switch=If using 2x Hotos then whatever you want, if spirit, 2x wc sticks or 2x 3 bo CTA's for you rich guys.

Armor= Enigma, most definatly.

Belt = Arachnid Mesh

Gloves= Magefists

Boots= High dex Dancers, dancers have 10 more fhr than treks.

Rings= 2x Soj's or Bk's, you pick.

Amulet= Mara's, you have no need for fcr. Maybe 3 to wc with life or maybe 2 wc str fcr.

Charms= Torch, anni, and as many warcry skillers as possible, aim for ones with life and fhr. Rest with fhr and lifer charms.

I'm not too good with Bowzons and since I haven't played in ages, it took me a while to do the research. Remember that along with many hybrid, the Bowzon is still one of the most disputed builds.

This is a Glass Cannon Bowzon for TvTs, using Windforce.

Stat distribution:
STR: enough for gear with all charms, etc.
DEX: rest
VIT: anywhere from 50-100. 75 is a good number here.
ENE: none

Skill distribution:
20 Guided Arrow
1+ Multiple Shot. Try to get as many in here with all +skills so that you get about a 90 degree angle with your arrows.
1 Lightning Fury
1 Decoy - optional. No experienced dueler ever falls for that shit, so I'd recommend not taking it.
20 Critical Strike
20 Dodge
20 Avoid
20 Evade
1 Penetrate
20 Pierce

Yes, there are too many skills to max and I am aware of that, so it's up to you what you sacrifice. Some people don't max Critical Strike / Pierce, since at high levels you only get ~1% extra dodge per skill level, which is a heavy trade-off. Maybe go for about ~15 into each of the passive skills? I'd say that Evade is probably least important, but you should have at least 10 points in it.

This is a Bowzon, why Lightning Fury?
You will have eTitans + Stormshield on switch. During a TvT, when for example a barb somehow manages to get close to you, you will switch weapons. With all your DEX, you will easily have max block. Storm also has high DR%, so you will not be a 1 hit kill if they do manage to get a strike in past block and all your evasion skills (slim, but don't rely on it too much). Titans are there for more FRW%, so it helps to walk out of BvC's WWs (yes, make sure you're walking, as while you run, your block drops to 1/3, so 75% will become 25%. Running out of a WW will only get you hit more). Also, if someone on low life is close to you, its possibly easier to finish them off with Lightning Fury, hence 1 point in that.


Amulet: Cat's Eye (this build will use Critical Strike, which is bugged and does not work well with Deadly Strike, so Highlord's is not an option. Apart from that, Cat's Eye has way better mods anyway).
Weapon: Windforce Shael
Armor: cannot remember the name now. What was the name of the armor with 4 sockets and +100 health? Was it Jeweler's Archon Plate of the Whale, or something? Anyway, STR req won't be a massive problem since you're using Windforce anyway, so you can go for an armor with a relatively high STR req. Socket with 4x15%IAS/40%ed.
Belt: Nosferatu
Gloves: rares +2 bow 20%IAS, Knockback (vital), +mods like STR, DEX, and resi.
Boots: your choice. Options are Goreriders, Treks and Wartravs. Travs are for even more damage and a little stats, Treks are for nice stats (you'll be hurting for STR and VIT), Goreriders are nice especially in TvTs, for their mods. I cannot recommend any, but I would probably go with Gores (and Treks if I were solo).
Ring1: Raven. Get a perfect one. AR isn't all that important, but 20 DEX is a must. Try to get 20/240+
Ring2: rare with dual leech, +STR, +DEX, +life, +mana, +res. Yes, life leech is almost completely useless in PvP, however since this is for TvT, you are more than highly likely to go uo against a Wind Druid and the leech off his minions is awesome, so I would highly recommend a ring with at least life leech. You can do without it, but it would be nice to have. Mana leech is not a must have, since you get some on Windforce, however all leeches are seriously capped in Hell, so a little more never hurts. Try to get as much STR on this ring as possible (20 would be awesome, which is max on a rare ring). You will not be changing this ring for anything.

Switch: eTitans with Stormshield. This is a TvT char so you will have a barb in your party to BO you. Depending on your STR, either -15%/+15@ or Jah it (or something like that, I don't think that Ber would be a good option, since you already have close to max DR%).

IAS% breakpoint is 147% for 8 frames.
20 Windforce

10 Nosferatu
60 JAPW
20 Gloves => 150%

I have not mentioned what helm to wear yet. With this gear, you should probably go for Shako. Nice DR%, +life, +mana, +skills, etc. Shael it.
However, some Bowzons like to use CoA. The STR req is a killer, but since you're already using Windforce, it won't be all that much extra and the 2 sockets, DR%, +resi and FHR% make up for it.
It's up to you. Remember that the +life and +mana on Shako are not multiplied by BO, so you should get more life with 2xJahs + BO in CoA (not saying that you should necessarily Jah it, i.e. Shaels are an option as well, or maybe 2xBer if you don't want to rely on Storm for DR%).

As a personal choice, I'd probably go for CoA, since it seems to be the more fun and unconventional option, however Shako will work equally well, if not better. Up to you.

Charms:
Poison damage charms are a definate no-no. Poison is a poor man's option and this is not what this build is for. Physical does way more damage and is more difficult to absorb. Additionally, Poison does not work well with Critical Strike (another bug). So, don't even think about it.
Get AR/life/maxdam GCs. 3/20/20s are an option, but since this is a glass cannon, you want more damage than life, hence GCs.
Obviously you will have an anni and a torch.
You must have 1 SC with fire damage (something like +20 life +xx fire damage, not even sure if that can exist, but you catch my drift), since fire damage slows down all enemy FHR% breakpoints by 1 frame.

We haven't discussed FHR% yet, either. You will need to go for the 86%frame breakpoint (slow FHR'ed Bowzons are toast and defy the whole purpose of having avoid skills). I will not discuss each SC in detail, since it's up to the rest of your gear how much you need, i.e. if you have CoA and Treks, you've already got 50%. If using Shako, you must Shael it. If using CoA, an additional Shael is not out of question. However much you need, make up for the rest with 5%/5@ SCs.

Once you've got your FHR% breakpoint, use the rest of your SCs as you wish. I've seen some people use stuff like +20 life +1-41 Lightning damage. I'd advise you not to, since that is for solo play, while you want to concentrate on entirely physical. 3/20/20s are a good option. 3/20/3%FRW SCs are also an option, however not that useful unless you are going for crazy desynch FRW%, which this build is not, so I don't recommend it. You could use +20life/+11 light or cold resi, since you can never have enough of those two (auradins, FoHs, Blizzers and Orbers, Trappers etc). My advice would be to fill the rest with 3/20/20s.

General idea:
In a TvT, have one team member protecting you. The best person for this role is a Smiter. You will get a massive damage boost from Fanatiscm, which is why we are using Windforce and not Faith. Remember that the team without a Bowzon will lose (a team with a Bowzon has a 90% win chance against the team without once), so it is highly likely that one of their members will try to kamikaze to take you out. Smiter is good for protecting you, Smite + Guided will get him in serious trouble. If you don't have a Smiter, a Hammerdin could suffice, or if worst comes to worst, have a BvC Leaping around you, so when someone gets close, they will immediately be knocked back.

Another point about this char is that it is definately not cheap. If you don't get your perfect/near perfect items and charms, you will suck. It also takes quite a lot of skill to play a Bowzon, so hard hours of practice coming up. Once you get it, she's a very fun char to play, so good luck.

Dragon is garbage, a definate no-no.

Your options for shield are:
JMOD - bestest javazon shield in existance. Nice damage and block.
Storm - good defense, however it defies the entire glass cannon principle.
Spirit - if you cannot afford JMOD and want more damage (+2 skills). Not a bad option especially due to the good FHR%.

My computer gave up on me and I don't know when I can get a new one or fix the current one, thus I don't have time to write up a guide at the moment. Also, I have an exam period for the next 2 weeks so I should be off the PC anyway. If you want to wait for that long, be my guest, however my best advice would be to ask this from someone else at the moment.
