Whoa! Need Hell Rusher!! - Blizzard Sector

From everything I hear, the fastest and best rusher is a Hammerdin. I'd like to hear other suggestions but if not I need to know this..

What is the must have equipment that a Hammerdin cannot live without?
Other then the must have, what is the cheap gear until you start getting mad loot from rushing in Hell?
What is the best gear after all is said and done?

Last but not least, Skill Allocation.

20 Blessed Hammer
20 Blessed Aim
20 Vigor
20 Concentration
1 in Prereqs.

25 skill points left over
should I put them in:
Holy Shield
Conviction
Charge
Salvation
Split them amongst the 3 Resist auras since they give resist bonus every couple points?

Please don't flame, I'm new to Paladins.
(P.S. I don't PvP so don't need PvP skills or gear for PvP)

merc w/ insight

cheap:
Guardians
seraphs
shako

put rest into HS

best gear:
enigma
shako
hoz
hoto
2 soj
maras
sandstorm
magefist

Would Lidless or Spirit Monarch be viable over HoZ?
If not, Ber or Um for HoZ?
And same question for Shako, Ber or Um?
