PvP java (Important) - Blizzard Sector

This is very important.
Am making a PvP amazon for duelling and I can get all the stuff in the game.
I need to know if i shoud use other eqipment or use other skills.

Stats:
Strenght: Enough for eqipment
Dexterity: 100
Vitality: Rest
Energy: 0

Skills:
20 Charged Strike (Main Attack)
20 Lightning Fury (Syn-energy to charged and good in PvM)
20 Dodge (Good when facing melee chars)
20 Avoid (Good when facing ranged chars)
01 Evade (Skill+ does the rest that is needed)
01 Critical Strike (Good and skill+ boost it)
01 Inner sight (to get slow missile)
01 Slow Missile (very good vs missile chars, skill+ does rest)
01 Poison Javeling (Needed to get Fury)
01 Lightning Bolt (Needed to get Fury)
01 Plague Javelin (Needed to get Fury)
Rest into Power Strike or Lightning Strike?

Gear:

Helm:
Shako socket with Cham

Weapon:
Etheral Titans

Shield:
Stormshield socket with Um

Armour:
CoH archon Plate

Gloves:
3+ java gloves witc IAS

Belt:
Bugged Siggard Stealth

Boots:
Gore Rider

Amulet:
Maras 30%

Rings:
2x Bul-Kathos

On Switch:
CtA +6BO//Lidless

Inventory:
1 Annilus
9 5% resist all, 20 life
10 Javaskillers with FHR or 40 life

Ive never even heard of that belt. What does it normally do?

The 1.09 version was called siggards stealth. This is how it is now.

A lot if you could find one. It's a damn nice belt. The build looks good to me.

EDIT: You might want to have some Faster R/W SC's.

Ouch, with only 1 synergys for CS, your light damage will suck. Maybe like 10 in avoid 10 dodge then max another synergy. (your + skills will boost your dodging.)

Dex- Enough for 60% or more block. 60% Avoid + 60% block makes u very hard to hit.

Cham shako?

Use a 20 dex raven frost, (adds to block) for the CBF instead.

Then use a 2 soc coa with 2 5/5 light facets. Sorry, but Griffons just isnt a good melee helm. Coa has much better mods for PvP.

If u can get everything, get Upgraded eth Titans. much better damage.

I need to beat 60% in dodge and 70% in avoid.
I want rater 2 BK and a chamed shako than 1 raven.
The thing about CoA is that it needs so much str to wear, and i want to put as little str as possible on the char...

I also wrote that i only take 1 point in evade, so that i could max another syn-energy, but i diddent know wich to pick.

Id say lightning strike. Its cool but you'll never use it PvP.

I tested out my ama in a hero editor yesterday(finnally got one) and i decided to go for Power Strike.
