Ammy - Cresent Moon

Rings - Bul Katho's

Belt - String of Ears

Gloves - Trangs

Boots - SandStormTrek

MAXX Poision Dagger

MAXX Poision Explosion

MAXX Poision Nova

MAXX Bone Armor

All the rest are your choice to put in anything u want like some usefull cursus Life Tap Amp Dmg or just do sum into bone wall.

And of course 1 pt into synergys

9pnb gcs VERY IMPORTAT 4 DaMaGE

1 anni

if ya want some resist scs

You will do well over 13k if ya get this equipment and once again the gcs are VERY important.

This is just sumthing that came on the top of my head so submit any suggestions and stuff like that i am very open for my knowledge on d2lod

Oh w8 i forgot to tell you i used www.d2items.com/skills to get the 13k thing

Nah. Use blackbogs for more poison (faceted), or use Ghostflame or Fleshripper. My Poisonmancer isprobably going to be using a ghostflame.

Or find a cruel legend spikes with open sockets, which you can socket with 40/15's, IF you are going for more physical damage.
