I have a character that I made lvl 99 using Diabolic 0.4, and when I hit monsters then, I didn't drop levels, but when I used it the next time, I went up to level 100 with it. Both times I was using someone else's. THen I d/l'd Udie Too from here, the 1.10.001 version, I increased several of my items' mods, some of which going beyond the allowed bits (if there is such a thing... I would reduce the bits to 0 with mods and then put more mods on), and one item I made a Hand of Justice Dacian Falx, and removed the runes using Udie Too, and thusly, the item disappeared. I don't know if any of that has anything to do with it, but anyways... Down to the problem. Using my level 100, I killed a monster and went down to level one, thusly disabling the ability to use any of my items. Using Udie Too (not Diabolic), I increased it back to 99, killed another monster, went back down to 1. If anybody can help, please do!

EDIT: I just tried increasing my stuff on my necro, and its level went back to 14 from 99, as well. What gives? With my necro I used only Udie Too.

When I try to edit my sorc, it keeps telling me that all these different characters (~, !, :, etc) will look like torches and then it won't even let me edit it.... With my zon, I try to put all kinds of unis on her and when I actually have a section of work that doesn't quit on me before I can save, I'll try to enter a game with her and it'll say invalid inventory data. I'm all confused...

most likely over loading your items therefor it makes the game screwy

Well, on magic items I restrict the mods to 3-5 mods like the game does. And unique items I just click the uni, click the item, and then close it out and proceed to the next item.

EDIT: I have discovered why my character was dropping levels. It was due to their amount of experience. So I just figured out what the max lvl 99 exp was and Edited it in. Apparently the game thought "Hey, he just got 500 experience, he needed 500 to get to level two, so boom, he's level two!" without regard for the written level.

EDIT TWO: Well, great. Now my Barb is doing the "invalid inventory data" thing, too. I guess I'm going to have to get in contact with the editor's creator if at all possible to get to the base of my problem.

that is freaked up, diabolic isnt that much of hacking its more of a game hosting tool that gives u power use an editor to hack not a mod... my opinion

I just use Diabolic to kick people from games. But to test if an item will work without getting the "Bad Inventory Data" thing, you must read the item over while its on your person. If there is something that says "TERMINATOR NOT FOUND" then you will get the error. If it says "TERMINATOR FOUND" the item is safe to use. If you cannot tell because the item has too many stats. Count how many stats it has, if the item has over 30 different abilities, you will get an error. Why? Because each item only has enough room for up to 30 abilities, its durability, damage, etc.

Weeeeeeeeeelllllll, I checked out my characters, all the items say Found Terminator and all of the items are <30 lines, except for TGods which is 32 lines when you include "ThunderGods Victor" on one line then "Belt" on another. I have a question, though, which could solve my Zon's problem... Do Uniques have to match the item? Like I have TGods on a Belt, not a War Belt, I have Dracul's Grasp on Light Gauntlets, I have Sandstorm Trek on Heavy Boots, etc.
