formula 4 max max block/dex?

I need to know whats the formula to find out how much dex I need to put in to get max block on my javzon?

Total Blocking = (Blocking * (Dexterity - 15)) / (Character Level * 2)

So when you say blocking is that the blocking on the shield or what?

Yes, blocking should be the Chance To Block that appears on your shield.

Additional Comment:
For instance, for a Necro to get max block using Hommy (72% chance to block) at lvl 80 would go as follows...

(72*183-15)/(80 * 2)
(72*168)/(160)
(12096)/(160)
Max Block with Hommy at Lvl 80 = 75.6% Chance to block (capped off at 75)

OK, so I can have max block % at say level 70, but if I don't add any more to dex each time I level I can loose it because I am dividing by twice the character level?

yes, your block % will decrease as you lvl if you dont keep adding dex

Well that explains why I thought I had max block and now I don't. DOH! Oh well, I don't want them getting that close anyway.

Yeah, it takes a lot of dex to get max block.
