this is akin to some other things i've seen, but regardless.

i've always had to look around in chat rooms to find someone to rush me, too inexperienced to use onlyer and make two cd keys, etc. so i need a rusher char, money/items are not an issue, i'm well enough off to afford most anything, what's the best rusher build?

hammerdin kills the fastest for all, summoner lags way too much, and a ww barb isnt very good for act 4
