Hey guys I need a Char that can rush Hell no Problem but is not Item dependent. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

Sorry, that's not really possible. To an extent, you will always need items, especially in Hell. Your best chance would be a Bowazon I would say as the most expensive things that you will need is Wf and a 160/60. They can do alot of damage but can't really take all that much but in the way of PvM, they're pretty good. Tell me what you have, maybe I can help you out.

hammerdin wud do fine...so average stuffs cud get u far...
wizspike,some rare pally shield...pally ammy...fcr rings...nothing much...

Problem though is that you run out of mana to quickly if you don't have the right gear.

I was able to rush norm nm hell with my 09 sorc when 1.10 came out,and no it didnt have synergies built for the patch it was an orb,ts,hydra sorc but i did have shako,vipermagi,2sojs,shako,occy,silkweaves,maras ammy act 2 nm defensive merc

Co-sign hammerdin, they're tough mofos even not with leet gear.

If you can't afford the enigma, it's kinda hard. If you have the patience, try a summoner. They almost never die, but be ready for complaints :)
