Help with Jamella - Blizzard Sector

I just downloaded Jamella's Editor for single player use only. I have version 1.07 and its on a windows 98. The stupid thing says something about @offset 0. Is there any way to fix this or should i just get Zonfire99 for it?

Zonfire or hero editor.. Would be better

zonfire 99 is a pretty good program that is what i would say you use
